A little about the Doster family...
Chris Doster was born in Gastonia, North Carolina in July 1975.
He grew up in Dallas and lived here until moving to Bessemer City to start a new family with his wife, Kelly, in 2001.
Chris & Kelly were married on September 8, 2001.
On April 2, 1989 Brother Chris trusted Christ as his Savior and was born again!
God began dealing with Chris about preaching the Gospel in early 1998 and he surrendered to the call of God on February 27, 1998.
He was licensed through Maranatha Baptist Church in April of 2001.
He and Kelly moved to Aiken, SC in April 2003 then began attending Victory Baptist College in North Augusta, SC in September 2003.
Since going to Victory Chris has had the privilege to preach in many churches in the Southeast as well as revivals, camp meetings, rest home ministries and rescue missions. Kelly’s singing and piano playing have been a great blessing to their ministry and our church.
Chris is also blessed to be part two outreaches of the college, the “Voices of Victory” internet preaching ministry and he is also the editor of “The Victory Encourager” monthly newsletter.
Chris and Kelly ministered at our church from December 2002 until April 2003 and currently they have been with us since February 2004. We thank God for their service here at Maranatha.

myself; my name is Chris Doster, our just "Brother Chris." I am blessed to
serve as pastor of the Maranatha Baptist Church. If you have any needs we can
